WE OFFER FREE STANDARD SHIPPING ON U.S. ORDERS OF $100 OR MORE!*

SHIPPING INFO:

  • We have FREE SHIPPING on orders of $100 or more for all domestic orders!
  • Priority Rush Delivery or Overnight: Please email us lobabyboutique@gmail.com for pricing and info.
  • All orders will be shipped within 5 business days.
  • You will receive an automatic email notification with the tracking number for your order. Tracking is included on all domestic orders and can take up to 24 hours to update.
  • Orders under $75 will be charged based on weight of item(s) ordered (typically between $5-$7).

    POSSIBLE DELAYS:

    • You will receive a  notification if there is any reason your order may be delayed or cancelled. 
    • There may be delays due to weather, holidays, and UPS/USPS delays that are beyond our control!

      UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES:

      If the address you provided is incorrect and/or unable to be delivered, the customer is responsible for any additional postage needed. An additional flat rate of $8 will be charged to the customer to re-deliver any order that was placed with an incorrect or undeliverable shipping address.

      DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE:

      Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. LO Baby Boutique is not responsible for damaged or defective items past our 30 day return policy. If you have received a damaged or defective item, please email us at lobabyboutique@gmail.com to begin your return or exchange. 

      LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:

      Shipments lost or misdirected in transit to the destination will be reshipped to the customer once it has been determined the original shipment cannot be delivered. Any packages returned to us as undeliverable will be re-shipped at customer expense. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered. We will supply order and tracking information for customers to provide to the U.S. Postal Service to file a claim. Please contact LO Baby Boutique customer service at lobabyboutique@gmail.com if you believe your package has been lost or stolen.

      International Shipping

      Shipping prices to countries outside of the U.S. are based on the total weight of the order. Packages are shipped via USPS. Standard shipping orders take 1-3 business days to be processed and packaged before being shipped from our storefront. We do not currently offer Free Shipping on any International orders.  Free Shipping is only available for orders placed within the continental United States.
      We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs duties, fees, or taxes. You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes, and fees charged by your government. Please contact your country's customs office for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country. International customers (outside of the United States) are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes charged by your country. We cannot advise the amount of what these fees might be & we recommend that you contact your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country.
